Nothing makes Chef Lucile Plaza happier than food that is perfect -- perfectly sourced and perfectly cooked. Lucile grew up in Paris, and knew she wanted to be a chef since 10 years of age. At 17 she apprenticed in some of France's greatest restaurants included the revered Taillevent Paris. Now she is the Executive Chef of the acclaimed New York restaurant Le coq Rico, and everyone is raving about her food. She believes there is a certain feminine mystique in her food, but she also that her stubbornness and being a great team player hold key to her success. Lucile joins author and chef Rozanne Gold to share her journey and insights.
